Function Characteristics:

Apply to processing all kinds of density boards, shaving boards, wooden-based panels, ABS panels, PVC panels, organic glass plates and solid wood and others with wood structure and similar hardness. Movable table guide track is plating chromium steel bars structure, exact and durable.  Made of high-strength extruded aluminum alloy, movable table is high in strength and won’t bend.With oxidation treatment, movable table surface is beautiful and hardness.

INSTALLATION AND ADJUSRMENT:

   1)Machine could be fixed on hard or special ground , adjust and make the machine even ,to keep the precision .

   2)After the fixing of the machine , adjust the fixed-worktable and active worktable to make them be connected to the machine the machine by screws. This will keep the height between the fixed-worktable and active worktable (the active worktable should be a little higher than the fixed-worktable ). Then adjust the depth of parallelism between the active worktable and the main saw web ,adjust the depth of parallelism between the portrait slipper guide and the main saw ,adjust the perpendicularity between the portrait slipper guide and the main saw .All this adjustment could keep the machine works at the required precision

   3)The lineation saw had been well adjusted before the sale ,it is only need to have a little adjustment if there is some error.  If you want to make a big adjustment to the        hei ght of the saw web , of course that it should not exceed the max lift (4mm), you should adjust the belt according .ly.. The installation of the adjustment was fixed at the electromotor bosun’s chair ,you should lock it after the adjustment .

   4)All the above specifications had been well adjusted before the sale ,and you can only check it ,if there are some error ,you must let professional people adjust ,and normally it is no need to adjust again after the adjustment.
